Introduction
Move4 LLC (“Move4,” “we,” “us”) operates Move4 studios in Dothan, Tuscaloosa, and Homewood, Alabama, the website www.move4studio.com (the “Website”), and the Move4 app (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our studios, use the Website or App, or communicate with us; how we use and share it; and the choices you have. By using our studios, Website, or App, you agree to the practices described here.

Information You Provide to Us
Move4 does not collect any personal information about individuals – such as names and postal codes, home addresses, and email addresses – except when such information is knowingly provided to Move4. Personal information might be obtained from online transactions such as class/series purchases, retail purchases, and/or class registrations.

This includes:
Account and contact information: your name, email, phone number, mailing address, and date of birth. Booking and purchase history: classes booked, attended, cancelled, or missed; memberships; and retail purchases. Payment information: your card is processed and stored by our payment processor; Move4 does not store full card numbers. Waiver information: your signature, emergency contact, and any information you include on a waiver or minor liability form. Guest information: when you book a guest, the guest’s name and contact details. Childcare information: your children’s names and any allergies or special instructions you share at booking or check-in. Communications: messages you send us by email, text, phone, or in the studio.

Health and Fitness Information
You are not required to share health information to take class. You may choose to tell us about an injury, pregnancy, medical condition, or physical limitation, for example on a waiver, in your account, or by speaking with an instructor or studio staff. If you do, we may add a note to your account so instructors can offer modifications and help you exercise safely. We use this information only for that purpose; we never use it for marketing and never sell or share it for anyone else’s purposes. Access is limited to Move4 staff who need it to support you, and you may ask us to update or remove it at any time.

Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Website or App, we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, device identifiers, pages and screens viewed, referring websites, and crash and performance data. If you allow it, the App may also use your device’s location to help you find a nearby studio. This information is used to keep track of the shopping cart and to help us monitor how individuals use the Website and App, which allows Move4 to provide an optimal experience and better service throughout the online offerings. 

Cookies - A cookie is a small text file that is sent to your browser from a website and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Like many other websites and applications, the Website and App use cookies to obtain certain types of information. For example, Move4 might use cookies to control access to certain features such as your password and account, to customize content areas, or to analyze site activity and user behavior. If you are concerned about the use of cookies, you can explore your web browser’s options to notify you whenever a cookie is set, or to disallow cookies altogether. You should be aware that prohibiting the use of cookies will significantly restrict access to certain types of content or features.

Analytics and Advertising - We may use analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel, to understand how visitors use the Website and to measure and show Move4 ads. These tools may use cookies or pixels to collect information about your visits. You can limit this through your browser settings or the ad-preference settings of those platforms.

Photos, Video, and Security Cameras
With your consent in the Move4 Liability Waiver, Minor Waiver, or Childcare Waiver, we may photograph or record classes, events, and milestone celebrations and use these images on our website, social media, and marketing. For anyone under 19, we require a signed release from a parent or guardian. Our studios also use security cameras at key locations for safety; this footage is used only for security and is not used for marketing.

How We Use Information
We use personal information to: create and manage your account; book classes, manage waitlists, and process payments and fees; provide childcare; keep you safe in class; send confirmations, reminders, waitlist notices, and account alerts; send news and promotions if you have not opted out; respond to questions and feedback; celebrate milestones; improve our classes, Website, and App; prevent fraud; and meet legal obligations.

How We Share Information
You can help Move4 maintain the accuracy of your personal information by updating your account. Please update this information when you change your address, phone number, or email address. Move4 does not sell or rent your personal information.

We share it only as follows:
With service providers who help us operate, such as our booking and app platform, payment processors, and email, text messaging, and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to Move4. Among Move4 studios, so you can book and be checked in at any location. For legal reasons, when required by law or legal process, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of Move4, our clients, or others. In a business transfer, such as a sale, merger, or reorganization of Move4. With your consent, for any other purpose.

Text Messages (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number, Move4 may send you account text messages, such as waitlist notifications, class reminders, and account alerts. If you separately opt in, we may also send recurring promotional texts about offers and events; consent to promotional texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or email corporate@move4studio.com. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Email
Move4 may use the information provided to contact you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email; you will still receive account and booking messages. We may receive a notification when you open an email or click a link in it.

Children’s Privacy
Our Website and App are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from them. We collect information about children only from their parent or guardian for childcare, and we use it only to care for the child. Clients ages 14–18 may participate only as allowed by our minor policy, with a parent or guardian’s signed consent. If you believe a child has provided us information without consent, contact us and we will delete it.

How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Generally, we keep account and booking information while your account is active and for 3 years after it becomes inactive; purchase and billing records for 7 years; health-related notes only while your account is active, or until you ask us to remove them; childcare information while you use childcare; signed waivers indefinitely; and website analytics data for up to 14 months. After these periods, we delete the information, anonymize it, or restrict access to it. Information held by our service providers is kept under their own retention practices on our behalf.

Security
Move4 makes every effort to ensure that all the transactions that occur on the Website and App are secure. All credit card numbers and transactions are encrypted using industry-standard encryption. We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve the Website and App. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

Your Choices and Rights
You may access, correct, or update your information in your Move4 account or by contacting us. You may ask us to delete your account and personal information by emailing corporate@move4studio.com; we will respond within 30 days, except for information we must keep by law (such as billing records and signed waivers).

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the App.
