1. What is Move4?
A fitness community specializing in strength training on and off the reformer. Our mission is to better the lives of our clients physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually through intentional, efficient movement and supportive community.
2. Do I need prior experience to take a class?
Not at all. Our classes are designed to be accessible for beginners while still offering options for more experienced movers.
Here are the benefits of each class:
Xformer Room Classes
Power - Strength x Stability x Mobility
Foundations - Learn x Form x Progress
Mat Room Classes
Lift - Strength
Pyramid - Strength x Cardio
Tempo - Cardio x Endurance
3. Which class is best for beginners?
All classes are suitable for beginners. Our instructors provide modifications and challenges to meet you where you are.
4. Can I modify movements if I have an injury or limitation?
Absolutely. Modifications are always encouraged. If you’re working with an injury, returning to movement, or just need a gentler option, let your instructor know—they’re happy to help.
5. What is the waitlist and how does it work?
If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist up to 2 hours before the start of class. For classes before 7am, clients will not be added after 10pm. Clients may be automatically added into class up to 2 hours before class and will be notified via email and text (make sure your notifications are enabled). The no-show and late-cancel policies apply if clients are added from the waitlist within the 2-hour cancellation window. Once the waitlist “locks,” spots become first come, first served.
6. What happens if I’m added to a class from the waitlist?
If you’re moved into the class, it counts as a booked class. Standard cancellation policies apply, so please remove yourself from the waitlist if your plans change. We ask clients to treat the waitlist like they are in class.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you cancel your class within the designated 4-hour cancellation window so another member can take your spot. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a class being deducted or a fee, depending on your membership or class credit.
8. How do memberships work?
Memberships give you access to a set number of classes per month and renew automatically. They’re a great option if you plan to move with us regularly and want consistent support and structure.
9. Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes. Memberships can be paused or canceled with advance notice, according to our policy. Requests must be submitted before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
10. What if I’m running late?
We recommend arriving 5 minutes early so you can settle in and get the most out of class. We offer a 5-minute grace period. After the grace period, your spot may be given away to standby clients.
11. Do you offer childcare?
Yes. Childcare credits can be purchased in your Move4 app or website. Childcare is reserved the same way you reserve a class. Childcare is available for children ages 3 months to 14 years.
12. Is there an age limit for class?
Move4 classes are open to clients ages 16 and up. Clients ages 14–15 may attend with adult supervision and a completed minor liability form.
13. Where can I park for class?
All of our locations offer easy, accessible parking.
14. Who can I contact if I have questions?
Our member specialists are always happy to help. Call your local studio or email us with any questions about classes, memberships, or finding the right fit at Move4.
