8 strength exercises repeated for 5 rounds. Rotating around the room, this workout provides 8 different exercises utilizing medium to heavy weights focusing on large muscle groups. Cardio bursts are added to the last three rounds.

Loud music, heavier weights, and breaks to let the heart rate drop–you’re going to feel the burn!
